The following set of rules and guidelines are in place to ensure that your role as a moderator is as smooth and secure as possible. Please read them carefully and make sure you understand them.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask the Owner (@Will K.) or any other Moderator for advice.
Moderation Guidelines
- You agree to abide by the server rules and guidelines at all times.
- You agree to treat all members, including staff, with respect and courtesy at all times.
- You understand that you are representing Diamond Digital Development, and that your actions as a moderator reflect the values and reputation of the community.
- You agree to handle all situations with fairness, impartiality, and professionalism.
- You understand that any abuse of power, including but not limited to misuse of moderation tools, will result in immediate demotion.
- You agree to work collaboratively with other moderators and staff members to maintain a positive and inclusive community environment.
- You agree to keep all moderation-related discussions confidential and within the moderation team.
- You understand that the use of automated moderation tools, including AI-based systems, is part of the server's moderation process and may not always be 100% accurate.
- You understand that failure to comply with the rules and expectations outlined in this agreement may result in disciplinary action, up to and including removal from the moderation team.
